Terms & Conditions To take advantage of this New/Pre-Owned Car Low Price Guarantee, mail proof of the lower price, as described below to Holiday Chevrolet not later than three days after the date you purchased your new car or truck. Upon verification of the ad or offer, you will be issued a refund by Holiday Chevrolet or at its discretion, Holiday Chevrolet will repurchase your vehicle. Additional Terms and Conditions
1. The New Car Low Price Guarantee only applies to new car purchases made through Holiday Chevrolet's direct program and excludes any transaction negotiated and completed through a partner dealer in our Certified Dealer Network.
Please note that Holiday Chevrolet strives to include all known manufacturer incentives within the Holiday Chevrolet price. Holiday Chevrolet does not administer these programs, which are subject to and often change without notice. Eligibility for these programs is subject to verification by Holiday Chevrolet and by our dealer partners. 2. The lower offered or advertised price must occur within three days after the date that you took delivery of your vehicle. Three days means the third day (including weekends) after your date of delivery, computed by excluding the day you took delivery of the vehicle, and counting the next day as the first day.
3. The advertised or offered price must be for the same year's make and model vehicle equipped exactly as the vehicle purchased by you, must be available for immediate delivery (i.e., the vehicle must be physically present on the dealer's lot) and must have never been titled. The purchase price as well as the CarsDirect price for the vehicle shall be determined before manufacturer or distributor rebates, allowances, incentives or dealer-installed options. Advertisements for limited quantity vehicles of three (3) or less are excluded from this offer.
4. Leased vehicles and factory orders are excluded from this offer.
5. The advertisement must be in a newspaper of general publication. You must present an original of the entire newspaper page in which the ad appeared (not a photocopy), so that the name and publication date of the newspaper is clearly legible. The publication date of the newspaper must be within three days of the date upon which you took delivery of the vehicle.
6. The offer to sell from another dealer (i) must be in writing, signed by an officer of the dealership on company letterhead, (ii) show the dealer's name, address and phone number and the vehicle identification number for the vehicle (iii) must be for the same year, make and model equipped exactly as the vehicle purchased by you, and (iv) the vehicle must be available for immediate delivery by the other dealer. You must present the original written offer from the dealer (not a photocopy).
7. Both the newspaper advertisement or the dealer offer to sell must be from the same metropolitan area as the dealer from which you took delivery.
8. You must present the proof of the lower price to Holiday Chevrolet by mail postmarked no later than the third day after the date of purchase. Send the proof, along with your name, address, phone number and Holiday Chevrolet customer transaction number (CT#) to the following address:

9. Holiday Chevrolet must be able to verify the ad or offer to sell and the availability of the vehicle before being obligated to issue a refund
10. IN THE EVENT OF ANY DISAGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND HOLIDAY CHEVROLET, REGARDING THE RIGHT TO REFUND, THE DISPUTE WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION IN WHITESBORO, TEXAS BEFORE A SINGLE ARBITRATOR OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION MUTUALLY ACCEPTABLE TO YOU AND Holiday Chevrolet, AND YOU AGREE TO THIS PROCEDURE, INSTEAD OF TRIAL BEFORE A COURT OR JURY, TO ALLOW FOR THE QUICK AND INEXPENSIVE RESOLUTION OF ANY SUCH DISPUTE.
11. This program is not a promise to undersell. No representations are intended to the effect that "we have the lowest prices" or "we will beat any deal".
12. The term "dealer" or "dealership" refers to an authorized franchise dealer or dealership; this does not apply to other online buying services. Also excluded is the dealer handling delivery for the car you ordered from Holiday Chevrolet. The Holiday Chevrolet Price Guarantee does not apply in states in which we do not offer online sales.
