Performance

The turbo-four comes as the base engine and has added torque. It makes 420 pound-feet of torque and 310 horsepower. The aspirated turbodiesel V-6 gives 277 horsepower. The remaining two V-8 engines provide more acceleration power than any other engine in the lineup, mainly the 420 horsepower V-8. Each engine in the lineup features an eight-speed automatic, with only the V-8 powertrains available with a 10-speed automatic.

Its excellent performance is not only because of the powertrain setup but also a variety of off-road components it brings, including limited-slip locking differentials, massive wheels, and a raised off-road suspension contributing to its sufficient ground clearance. Due to agile handling, this truck feels stable and composed in any driving scenario, including in tight places like the inner city and parking lots.

The fuel efficiency ratings will differ depending on the powertrain setup you'll choose. The diesel engine provides superb gas mileage ratings, including 33 mpg on the highway and 23 mpg in the city. Also, when it comes to towing and hauling, the engine plays a big part. However, each engine in the lineup has a towing capacity of more than 9,000 pounds and a hauling capacity of more than 2,000 pounds.

Exterior

The exterior is restyled from the previous model, with the front fascia redesigned with a new grille and unique wing-shaped daytime running lights. Lowered headlights are also featured at the front fascia. The rear part portrays LED taillights and a multi-flex tailgate. The wheels are finished in aluminum and vary from 17-inch to 20-inch based on the trim level. Exterior color options include sand dune, dark ash, and blue metallic.
