I refer to my service associates at Holiday Chevrolet by their first name. I trust Holiday to service my vehicle without unnecessary add ons.

This visit was for a walk-in oil change. They did the oil change and tire rotation and had me back out in just about an hour. Very friendly and efficient. All service work that I have had done was completed quickly and efficently. They are very good people to work with. I will continue to drive approx 35 miles each way to deal with them rather than trading closer to home.

I was greeted when I first arrived and received as if I was a longtime friend. No rush to get to the next person. Still, they were efficient in getting me checked in and then helping the next person when they arrived. When the service was completed, the manager also was courteous and appreciative of my business. That old adage, "Service with a Smile" seems fitting. Still, it was above and beyond; it was genuine and deeply appreciated; it is a place of excellence, old-fashion customer service; and down-home warmth and friendliness.

My experience at Holiday has always been great . If a problem happen they always make good on it .

It was excellent except for 2 issues. We expected the automatic steering wheel lane maintenance but the vehicle had the buzzing seat. Also we have an issue about difficulty getting into the vehicle.

I scheduled a routine oil change and asked that they check the condition of my front 2 tires and to give me a quote on the replacement cost. They provided prompt service and the quote for replacement tires was cheaper than a previous quote I had received at another location. I requested that they order the tires and they had me scheduled and the tires installed two days later. Holiday has excellent service, a friendly staff and I leave feeling confident that I made the right choice going to Holiday for my car needs!

I came into the dealership for batteries for my 2024 GMC 2500 Denali. I decided to talk to a sales person about maybe trading my truck for a new one. They made me a deal I could not refuse on a 2026 GMC 2500 Denali so I got new batteries with my new truck what a deal. The staff was great they seamed to really care about making me happy. I have been coming to this dealership for a couple of years service has always been great. Great sales and great service hard to get it. Holiday GMC in Graham Texas has it. My old dealership had a terrible service manager and assistant manager and would not take responsibility for bad service. Holiday helped out and I have been a customer every since. I will always be a Holiday GMC customer you can't beat small town care. Love this place and you will to.

I ended up calling my local bank from the finance manager's office to work out a deal. Suddenly he was able to offer better terms but I went with my local bank anyway.

Buying a truck out of state is not something I normally do. Holiday gmc was absolutely amazing to deal with. I live in Kansas City Missouri and found a great price on a pickup. They were more than pleasant and extremely customer friendly to deal with. I was able to complete 90% of this car buying experience over the phone. When I drive down it was basically exchanging paper work singing with the finance department then hitting the road back home. Their detail department was currently out at the time of recording the truck so they are going to send me a gift card to get my truck detailed. 10/10 experience absolutely amazing. Jona Reddell was who I spoke with on the phone and in person, she was the outstanding.

Everyone I dealt with was very professional, most important they listened. I had been having some issues with the transmission; after looking at the truck they found some recalls. It was determined that I needed a new transmission. They took care of everything in a timely matter.

There’s no one I trust more to sell me a car than my dad, Steve Key, which is exactly why I went to Holiday Chevrolet. He is patient and let me drive just about every Equinox on the lot along with a Trax. The experience was extremely smooth and there were no headaches whatsoever. The paperwork process was extremely speedy which was a pleasant surprise.

Holiday Chevrolet took great care of me, from my salesman Oscar, to asst. Manager Stephan, to my closing on the vehicle with the business manager. Had some add ons and they were even done earlier than estimated.

Nathan was great. Very friendly and answered all our questions. I wish there were more color options on the lot to pick from but other wise it was great.

Purchase was pretty easy

We had a great purchase experience. You had what we wanted on the lot except for leather seats. The leather was added quicker than expected. Our salesman was knowledgeable and very helpful. He answered all of our questions and did his best to explain that computer screen to these two people that prefer real gauges.

I knew what I was looking for when I came in due to the discount on the Equinox EV. But I needed to test drive it and get see the car in person. Tim H. was my salesperson & he was helpful and let me test drive the car solo. We discussed some of my questions including the trade-in value of my current car. My only complaint was that the agent who went through the total cost and loan details went too quickly and I would have liked more time before signing off on the documents. I am happy with the car and the nationwide price discount was a great incentive. Since Holiday had even lower overall price than other dealers, I went to them to buy.

The dealership itself was great the buying process was easy. The service side of it is crap. The truck has issues GM known issues they refuse to dig deeper because of their basic tests done come back as nothing is wrong. You’re not going to find the issue with the tests that are being ran. This is also bigger than the dealership GM is zero help what so ever. Once I am able to get out of my Chevrolet I can guarantee there will never be another GM product in my household!

Scheduling my service was easy. I arrived 10 minutes early and was greeted and accepted with no problems. I was offered coffee and was able to use the wifi to log into my work laptop. Service was completed ahead of the projected timeframe. The staff was friendly and courteous. Overall, great experience!

My vehicle purchasing experience at Holiday Chevrolet was excellent. Josh Haynes was able to get the exact vehicle that I wanted and the sales process went very smoothly. I contacted the dealership on a Monday evening, spoke with Josh on Tuesday, and purchased and picked up the vehicle on Wednesday.

Oil change and tire rotation. I ask for the tires to have a specific tire pressure, none were as i asked. Im not a 100% sure they got rotated. Brand new truck. 2700 miles.

Dropped truck off to have warranty work done with transmission and my truck has an oil leak and was told the hard shifting (up&down) was normal operation. On the oil leak I was told it’s not a leak until it’s dripping, so I guess all the oil that’s spread all underneath my undercarriage is just normal operation. I thought the oil was suppose to stay inside the motor, what was I thinking.(nothing got fixed). I was also thinking about trading in my truck after the warranty work was done but I got a car salesman that seemed to not really care if he sold me a truck or not, he seemed very rushed and blew me off

Would not honor warranty for large area chipping paint on fender of truck. Could be lack of proper primer or flex material but this was not considered in his differential.
