Conducted extensive research into the vehicle I wanted -- AT4 vs. Tundra -- and located the one I wanted online which was an hour and a half away from my home. Contacted the dealership and negotiated the terms over the phone so there wouldn't be any surprises once I arrived. Probably the most straightforward transaction I've ever negotiated.

Took 2 weeks to get in to the shop. That’s way too long to wait. They messed up an airbag recall from a previous service trip. I Had a wiring problem with a horn. They charged me almost $400.00 to re-wire a horn which is ridiculous. I won’t be going back. Seems Holiday has gotten too big and have outgrown their small home town feel.

Apparently there's quite the wait for servicing your vehicle. I'm beyond grateful that they worked me in to see what was wrong with my truck. The only hiccup was of the two parts needed one was on back order with no timetable of its arrival. I would think there would be a better solution to equip these guys with the supplies needed. I also wasn't aware of a deductable on my extended warranty issues...both being sensors.

Truck Holiday Chevrolet in Whitesboro Tx has been the only service department to work on my 2011 Chevy Silverado since I’ve had it. When I first purchased the truck in 2020, I brought it to Holiday and asked them to look it over. I was told that the drivers side valve cover gasket needed replacing. They replaced the gasket and did some other recommended maintenance on 5/26/20, inv no CVCS523099. Several months later, the engine began leaking oil again. Over the past 5 years, I’ve had to take the truck to Holiday more than 8 times due to a continuous oil leak. I’m always told that it’s a seal, gasket or oil lines. I’ve followed their recommendations each time and had various parts replaced by their service department (all original GM parts) yet I keep ending up in the same situation months down the road with oil still rapidly leaking from my truck. For the most recent visit on 4/10/25, a service advisor told me that both valve cover gaskets were leaking and needed replacing. I had them perform the work and replace the gaskets again. I’ve driven less than 100k miles since they were last replaced. The technician also failed to reinstall my passenger side rear upper fender brace after replacing the gaskets. The frequency of the oil leaks and Holiday’s inability to correct the problem permanently (or at least long term) has cost me thousands of dollars and time I don’t have an abundance of. I’m not sure if it’s carelessness on or lack of knowledge on Holiday’s part but I’d like to see resolution to the issue without another visit for the same oil leak any time soon.

Courteous, prompt, efficient service.

Had a battery issue. Took my truck in to have the battery tested without an appointment. I told Joel if the battery was bad to go ahead and replace it. Within two hours I got the call that the battery had a bad cell and had been replaced. I expected it to be an all day project. Joel and Tanner always treat me right. Friendly and respectful. I appreciate them.

I purchased a vehicle from over 300 miles away from Austin Doyal at Holiday Chevrolet in Whitesboro, TX. He was amazing and answered all of my questions about the Chevrolet Traverse RS located online at this dealership. I had to complete my trade/purchase during a busy weekend of sports with my daughter in the area. I appreciate the organization and quick process of the sale when coming from out of town. It was raining and severe weather predicted the day we arrived. Austin was very attentive and made sure we could quickly complete our purchase and setup my new vehicle’ technology. Overall it was an honest 5 / 5 experience. I prefer to do all my research and shop from home, especially since my last 3 pick ups have been GMs. These guys made that experience super easy, I sent in an inquiry, heard back from them in under 30 minutes, they answered all my questions, and they did not give me the old "when can you come in for a test drive?" when I asked for a deal sheet with numbers I gave them. Their advertised prices are far below MSRP and beat most pricing around the area, plus, truly, no dealer add ons or trying to talk you into a bunch of products from the finance office. I even had the vehicle delivered to me with no excuses of why it would be better for me to come in person, the drivers were friendly and professional. even made a stop at a local gas station to fill it up before they dropped it off to me. Overall, the staff is courteous, easy to work with, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend the Holiday group for your next purchase. As long as I'm in the area when I'm looking for my next vehicle, I know who I'll be reaching out to first.

I mentioned a transmission concern when I booked the appointment and was assured it would be looked into. All they did was look for any codes present. No fluid level checks, no test drive. Felt like the issues was just getting lip service. I was told if I wanted them to look at it more I would need to leave it overnight. Not a big deal, but I am still concerned about the transmission after the visit.

It was excellent except for 2 issues. We expected the automatic steering wheel lane maintenance but the vehicle had the buzzing seat. Also we have an issue about difficulty getting into the vehicle.

I scheduled a routine oil change and asked that they check the condition of my front 2 tires and to give me a quote on the replacement cost. They provided prompt service and the quote for replacement tires was cheaper than a previous quote I had received at another location. I requested that they order the tires and they had me scheduled and the tires installed two days later. Holiday has excellent service, a friendly staff and I leave feeling confident that I made the right choice going to Holiday for my car needs!

I was greeted when I first arrived and received as if I was a longtime friend. No rush to get to the next person. Still, they were efficient in getting me checked in and then helping the next person when they arrived. When the service was completed, the manager also was courteous and appreciative of my business. That old adage, "Service with a Smile" seems fitting. Still, it was above and beyond; it was genuine and deeply appreciated; it is a place of excellence, old-fashion customer service; and down-home warmth and friendliness.

I came into the dealership for batteries for my 2024 GMC 2500 Denali. I decided to talk to a sales person about maybe trading my truck for a new one. They made me a deal I could not refuse on a 2026 GMC 2500 Denali so I got new batteries with my new truck what a deal. The staff was great they seamed to really care about making me happy. I have been coming to this dealership for a couple of years service has always been great. Great sales and great service hard to get it. Holiday GMC in Graham Texas has it. My old dealership had a terrible service manager and assistant manager and would not take responsibility for bad service. Holiday helped out and I have been a customer every since. I will always be a Holiday GMC customer you can't beat small town care. Love this place and you will to.

Buying a truck out of state is not something I normally do. Holiday gmc was absolutely amazing to deal with. I live in Kansas City Missouri and found a great price on a pickup. They were more than pleasant and extremely customer friendly to deal with. I was able to complete 90% of this car buying experience over the phone. When I drive down it was basically exchanging paper work singing with the finance department then hitting the road back home. Their detail department was currently out at the time of recording the truck so they are going to send me a gift card to get my truck detailed. 10/10 experience absolutely amazing. Jona Reddell was who I spoke with on the phone and in person, she was the outstanding.

My sales experience was fantastic. Seth was a wonderful salesman - helpful, kind and responded quickly. The finance portion of the day was not as enjoyable. I ended up calling my local bank from the finance manager's office to work out a deal. Suddenly he was able to offer better terms but I went with my local bank anyway.
